Men and boys...
In order to give equal time to the men in my life, here is a retrospective of some of the men and boys I’ve painted over the years. Some are friends from Città della Pieve, some are family, some are just faces I love to look at or people I admire. A few are folks I met “per strada” and who kindly let me snap a photo for use later. I find it much easier to paint strangers than people I know and love. Why is that?
